The beginning of apogeevr.com blogzine – Much of this site is still being built (as if you did not notice the dummy text already). Still, bookmark it now if you are interested in reading some really interesting content about virtual reality in the near future! This is part of a personal project of mine that has been pretty hard work, but also has been great fun! Virtual reality is an absolutely riveting branch of information and communication technology.
Part of the beauty of this subject is that it encompasses a number of fascinating fields, including sociology, philosophy and psychology, to name a few.
I have really been enjoying some very interesting reading on the topic over the past several months. Part of the beauty of this subject is that it encompasses a number of fascinating fields, including sociology, philosophy and psychology, to name a few. Some aspects of VR that this site will pay special attention to in the future include total virtual environments, online identity and sexual interaction, and the representation of the user’s body in artificial environments.
You may also want to note that most, if not all of the posts on this site will be open to comment, once apogeevr.com is up and running — which will happen soon. Also, if you are interested in writing a piece for this blog, submissions are now being accepted for consideration.
